Provided that, any information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Sensitive Personal Data or Information.
By registering and nominating on our Website you specifically consent to the use and dissemination/transmission/transfer/sharing of your Sensitive Personal Data or Information to the Organizer.
You shall be at liberty at any time to discontinue the use/transfer/transmission and sharing of any of your Sensitive Personal Data or Information, by writing to us and informing us of the same.
Subject to the foregoing, your Sensitive Personal Data or Information shall be held by us in strict confidence and as per the provisions of the Applicable Law, (which includes the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information:Rules, 2011), and except as stated herein, We will not disclose any of your Sensitive Personal Data or Information to any other person without your express prior consent.
By nominating for the IAMAI D2C Awards organized by the Organizer you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You are hereby acknowledging and granting consent to the Organizers under all relevant data protection and other applicable legislations in force, to communicate with you by telephone, e-mail and post for the following purposes:-
- Organizers’ internal purposes which will include accounts processing and internal analysis of delegates.
- Publishing delegates’ company names on the Website, in the official catalogue of the Event, and/or in any other directory relating to the Event or relevant industry, in each case whether in print, electronically, or in any other media.
- Inviting you to other events organized by Organizers or its group companies.
- Disclosure of information to contractors who provide services in respect of the Event; and
- Disclosure or transfer to members of Organizers’ group worldwide to allow the group to further develop its business and services to delegates.
Information Collection and Use
- When you register with WEBSITE or nominate for the D2C Awards, the Organizer will ask you for Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. We use your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information for registration purpose on the Website and may also use it to provide the service as per the Terms of Use, which you can view at https://d2c.iamaiawards.in/ and administer your inquiries.
- The organizer also collects other non-identifiable information that the User provides as part of the Website (e.g., without limitation, zip code, and any other information that Organizer may require in order to register for the D2C Awards and to provide the services on the Website).
- We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your non-identifiable Information) to provide the services on the Website and to administer any inquiries posed by You.
- You acknowledge and hereby agree that We may share your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your non-identifiable information) with third-parties in order to provide services on the Website and serve you with a better User experience.

Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, a User’s name, address details and all other Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information will remain confidential at all times.
- The Organizer (and its licensors, if applicable) is the sole and exclusive owner in all rights, title and interest, in the Website, of IAMAI D2C Awards and all Intellectual Property Rights associated therewith, and in any and/or all suggestions, ideas, improvements, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations and other information provided by the you relating to the Website and its services and IAMAI D2C Awards.

Website Information and Non-Identifiable Information: Organizer may share Website information that may or may not include your Personal Information and may otherwise disclose non-identifiable information to third-parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other commercial and/or non-commercial purposes including but not limited to technical, commercial, personnel or financial nature or otherwise relating in any manner to the business of the User as may be disclosed by the User. Account Information: The User agrees to keep confidential and not to disclose to any other individual or individuals for all time the Username and password related to their respective account.
Cookies
